Hi ladies,
Theres a seat/bed for babies called a Nap Nanny which helps babies sleep in an upright position, really good for babies (like mine) who have gas/reflux issues. DD loves sleeping the car seat but I worry about her posture, this seems to be more contoured and comfortable.

Has anyone seen these in Dubai?

I have not seen anything like that here. Both my DD's were reflux babies and they did well with medication and the usual measures of elevated head of mattress - place a few folded towels under the mattress until you get the incline that works for your baby. I always did this with a sleep positioner (looks like 2 wedges joined together) so that the baby could not roll around and also a rolled towel at their feet to prevent them slipping down under the covers. During the day, I used to put them in a bouncy chair which they were also very comfortable in. I think it is better than the car seat as they tend to get a bit scrunched up and that is not really so great for their breathing or spine. How old is your baby? They do tend to grow out of it around 6 - 8 months old.
