Erratic cycle 2+mths after miscarriage & d&c - is this normal?
Sorry if TMI but I've googled loads and still none the wiser. I'm unable to get an appointment with my gynae - I'm not unduly worried and think something's wrong but if anyone can tell me if they've experienced similar and how long it took for their cycle to become regular again I'd appreciate it. Also, did anyone experience weight-gain after a mc or d&c? It's weird - I didn't gain an ounce in the first trimester but since the op, I seem to be 5lbs heavier!!
I suffered a partial miscarriage at the end of August, started haemorrhaging so had an emergency d&c. Had a follow-up appointment a month later and at the time I had spotting for 2 weeks but no 'normal' period. I have had one really, really heavy one since and now I have had spotting again and period-pain aches for the past few days although it shouldn't be due for at least another week - my cycles were regular 28day ones before.
