Wrap any fish you like (I like salmon, but white fish works just fine) in aluminium foil, sitting on any sliced veg .Cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoe, normal potatoe, asparagus, eggplant, zucchini or squash works well (cut potatoes in thin slices so hey cook quickly). Pop it in the oven and cook for 10-15 mins and mash with a fork. Throw in another parcel the same or yourself and/or hubby with a sprinkle of herbs, and some lemon slices and you have a family dinner that's easy to make and healthy. Serving it with quinoa cooked in stock or polenta is a lovely addition. Also per steamed salmon works great in frittatas or mini quiche. Good luck :)

Just leave the cheese out, the recipes will work just as well with a white sauce.

Hi ladies trying to get some yummy weaning recipes for my 7.5mnth old. I usually use the annabel karmel books - but all fish recipes seem to come with cheese and id rather not give everything with cheese? any other recommendations with veg etc? Easy as possible please? :)
