You will most definitely need a non-objective letter from her father and likely require many, many copies of said letter indicating you are her legal guardian and able to make decisions on her behalf.

Im thinking of moving to dubai to live and work, I have a 3 year old girl and have been split from my daughters father for 2 years. We were never married and his name is on thw birth certificate.
Could you advise whether I will be fine to come to dubai on my own with a toddler?
Do you know of others that have done the same?
