My DD dropped to 2 naps at 8 months. She now has a morning nap and lunchtime nap both between an hour and half to two hours. Since she dropped the late afternoon nap am finding I have to bring bed time earlier to 6.30 as she is too tired otherwise.

think my DS went from 3 to 2 naps at around 6 months... the 3rd nap was only about 15/30 mins anyway. 2 naps- lunchtime is normally the longest yes. at 6 months DS was having 1 hour in morning and 2 hours at lunchtime. he is 14 months now and just has 1 now for 2 hours- i dropped his morning nap when he was 1 and starting nursery.
