If anyone can offer any advise I would be really grateful....

I have just returned from a 2 week vacation where the time difference was -3 hours to Dubai. My 8 month old was fine at our destination and it did take a few nights too settle but he woke more for his dummy then anything.

He usually sleeps from 6pm to 6am ish and will wake occasionally for his dummy some nights he doesn't. This is the second night back and last night and during the day we kept him to his routine, we took a night flight back Thursday so he slept all flight and woke at 7am friday. I put him to bed at 6.15pm and 30 minuets later he woke screaming and crying like I have never heard. I spent an hour trying to settle him and he had worked himself up that much I had to give him a milk feed at 8pm and he finally went off at 8.45 pm but went through till 7am.

Today I have kept him to his same routine and he went to bed at 6.30pm and has woke at 7pm screaming again. I have spent an hour trying to settle him but he just cries so much.

Can anyone advise if or how to deal with jet lag if 3 hours???

Should I put him to bed at 9pm as this s the Uk time he was going to bed then bring it earlier by 30mins each night or just keep to his routine on Dubai time and give it a few more days.
