Low placenta at 17 weeks,any advice ?

Just knew that my placenta is low but still can go back to its natural place.My OB asked me not to stand for more than 30 mn,not to walk much but she didn't ask me to stop working! knowing that i have to do these forbidden things while working! I have to tell you that i trust her 300% but my instinct is eating me to stop working?
What advice did you get from your OB?
