Hi Ladies,

I am 20 weeks pregnant and already craving a facial and massage. Can anyone recommend a pregnancy trained beautician that can do prenatal massage or facials. Kind of scared of going to anyone not trained as heard certain oils/ fragrances and pressure on areas are not good for pregnancy!

I recently went to Cleopatra Spa at Wafi for a pregnancy massage. It was bliss! Also went there when pregnant with my first baby. They sit and have a chat with you before the massage to explain what they can and can't do and the oils they will be using. Also ask you what you are comfortable with them doing and if you find any positions uncomfortable to lie in (they obviously don't get you to lie on your front). Would defo recommend. In fact might book myself in for another one :)
