Hi there Inaina, our DD was there from 7 months to 11 months and she loved it. The ladies are very nice with the babies and they do a lot of activities. Six months later when I run into them at the DIFC they still ask me about DD, they seem to take a genuine interest in the babies they care for. It's also great for moms who work nearby as you can pop in and see your little one and they have pick up and drop off at the valet area which can be very convenient.
My concerns/criticism while we were there were that it was a bit too busy, there is no outdoors area and that it is very expensive. Having said that, DD was always very happy there and it's hard to put a price on that. As I mentioned this was 6 montsh ago so hopefully you'll get some comments from moms who still have their LOs there now. Hope this helps!
