Give this number only a call 0545719491, it's just my go-to legal advise number, and it doesn't hurt to have a free legal consultation if anything

Hi there! personally, I would recommend Fotis International Law Firm. They helped me out a couple of years ago on a matter. Would be best if you speak to any of their associates or partners. You can contact them on [email protected]. Thanks!

Hi, my husband is a medical malpractice lawyer with a local law firm. He's an English solicitor with 15 years experience in this field. His name is Stephen Ballantine and his email address is [email protected]. :)

They do, dolleymadison. The damages that might be awarded are not nearly as high as they would be in the USA, for example, but there are definitely lawyers who handle such matters here. I looked into this quite a bit in 2011 as my mother chose to have a hip replacement at a rather well known hospital in Dubai, with a quite well regarded surgeon, rather than having it in our home country. What a nightmare that was for us. She ended up being in the hospital for about 5 months and having the surgery re-done 4 times. Currently, as a result, she cannot walk well, although, thankfully, she can still walk.

Fairwater, I do not have any specific recommendation, however, I know that you can go to the UK and/or US Embassy websites for the UAE and look at the law firm lists they provide. I believe the lists will include practice areas for the the law firms they list. Another thing you might try is looking up past medical malpractice cases discussed in newspaper articles. There may be articles which mention the lawyer/law firm representing the plaintiff. Good luck!
