Has anyone missed 1 day of the pill and gotten pregnant?

Hi ladies, didnt think I'd be posting in this section for a while!
DH and I are not trying to conceive at all right now, but this cycle I missed a pill, and the next day we erm *did the dance* and I saw when I went to take the pill I had missed yesterdays. What I should have done was to take 2 but I shrugged it off and continued the rest of the pack as normal.
AF is due tomorrow but I usually get spotting days before AF starts, I always have with the pill just a side effect. I have had maybe a drop this time, and felt nauseous a couple of days ago too. When I conceived DD I didnt have any spotting that cycle which was a major indicator that I was pregannt.
I'm totally freaking out :( Going to do the test tomorrow if AF doesnt show up.
