We will be moving to Dubai soon. We have several "over the counter medicine" for our kids like cough sirup, paracetamol/ibuprofen sirup... Does anybody know if it is allowed to bring them along?

Bring them, no problem. I always stock up when home on the good OTC medicines as the same brands aren't always available here (although, to be fair, more often available now than not!)

As long as they aren't on the banned list then you should be okay Will you be shipping them in your container or carrying them in your personal luggage? if it is the former the shipping company can advise. Paracetamol and Brufen is sold OTC here so no issues
