Hello to all
Could someone please advise how long schools maintain employment records for - I've searched on Google but can't find anything to inform.
Someone I know who lived in Dubai for a number of years working as a teacher has now returned to UK and wishes to commence these duties but recruitment agency are asking for references to substantiate this but he has lost contact with all his work colleagues out there.
If he supplies the schools he's worked at would the school be able to verify after 3.5 years? I can't imagine they would still keep these records on file.
Anyone aware of the procedure?
