I'm considering setting up a nursery in Dubai. I was wondering if anyone has information on the regulations or if you know someone who has set one up who would be willing to assist me with information on the process and regulations?

Hi Vanessa, If you google Federal Law number 5 in the UAE, this should be a good starting point in terms of regulations. I helped fund a nursery in Jumeriah back in 2011 which was a very interesting experience. What I would say is that if you get it right, it will be very lucrative - I ended up getting fully repaid within 3 years (4 years ahead of schedule). Good luck!
