I'm new to this forum, I've been reading all the helpful comments and decided to join and ask my question.
I'm 28 weeks pregnant (first baby) and been following up with Dr. Hiba Muhtasib at City Centre Clinic, who is wonderful btw, but only delivers in City Hospital which would cost us over 17,000 aed. Because my insurance only covers 7500 aed for normal delivery I am thinking to change my doctor. Now, if I get a doctor from the same hospital that would cost around 13,600 aed which is not as bad, in the case that no C-section or anything else is required.
I've also been doing some research and found that International Modern Hospital is recommended by some, it was even compared with City Hospital a few times. Any reviews?
I've only been in Dubai for a year so my knowledge of doctors/hospitals is very limited and I have no one to ask, especially since most people I know and work with go back home to deliver.
I'm sorry to take so long and to be blabbering all over the place but my mind is racing, I'm nervous and I am desperate for advice and help. I know it won't be easy also to get a doctor now that I'm 7 months pregnant
