Shop and Ship Vs my box

Hi ladies, thinking of setting up a my box account as shop and ship has become really unreliable and I seem to have to chase them to complete every delivery. Currently i have two packages out for delivery since last week :cry: and i have already paid for delivery. A few weeks ago they randomly delivered packages to a locker instead of to me. Its too expensive for such bad service. Does anyone know if my box is any better?
