Do you know who was selling the mermaid tail blankets at the EW Festive Family Fair?

Hi ladies,
My daughter loved a mermaid tail blanket we saw for sale at the EW Family Festive Fair last weekend. I was going to run back while she was occupied with something else and pick it up for her for a Christmas gift but then it completely slipped my mind.
Does anyone know who the lovely lady was that was selling these? She had many mermaid tail swimming costumes but also a few blankets (mermaid tail and a penguin) and was along the walkway at the back of the Polo Club near the entrance to the big open field.
Thanks so much for any help!
P.S. I've already contacted Desert Mermaids UAE but it was not them.
