Hi ladies,
Whilst I appreciate that everyone's utility bills vary because of house sizes & usage, I am trying to get an idea of costs before we move.
We currently have a huge independent villa & our utilities are about 2k in the winter & 6-8k in the summer. We only cool two bedrooms upstairs and the downstairs. We set our a/c at 23c & leave on 24/7 from April-November.
We are looking to move to an end of terrace house in Arabian Ranches 1 or a stand alone in Casa or Palma in AR2. I was hoping you might be able to share what kind of utility bills we could expect to pay. I really do understand that everyone is different.
