I don't know about the malls, but I've seen dad alone with children in parks during the day when the weather was much better. Also there are classes for father and child swimming specially if your child is very young. and in general any sports classes you will go you'll find many parents in case you have older children.

We will be moving to Dubai soon where I will be going back to work after 7 months maternity leave with my daughter. My husband will be the stay at home parent for the rest of the year until we are properly settled and he has found some work.
I am curious to know how friendly Dubai is for stay at home dads.
For example:
Are there parents rooms in the malls that fathers are allowed to use, or are they female only?
I've already joined lots of Facebook groups for mothers, but are there any communities or meet ups for Dads?
Are there any swim classes or other activities for babies where dads are welcome to join?
Any information or experiences that can be shared would be greatly appreciated!
