Hi, I've just about got the house packed, due to finish work, & in 10 weeks will join my husband in Dubai early December. Oh, what a year on my own managing a family home & yard has been!!! So I'll have time to get back to yoga. Do I need the stretching exercises!!! Can anyone help by suggesting a good yoga teacher for an over 40's or 50's group? If so what are the contact details & where is it? I'll be living at Internet City, but am very independent , used to getting places on my own & an avid walker. Eagerly waiting some suggestions.
