Semi stray cats at new villa - what to do?

Hello everyone
We are soon to move into a villa, which has 2 semi strays living there. The previous tenants, took pity on them and have fed and cared for them (spayed / neutered), whilst living there. We really do not want to take them on, as our DD is petrified of cats. I'm happy to continue to care for them in the short term, but does anyone know what in the long term I can do? Looking at them, they appear to have once been domesticated cats, that have sadly been abandoned at some point. The male is a lovely ginger and the female is black. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.
