Dear all,
I would love your advise on the following.
Long story short: I have recently started a new position but due to organisational difficulties I have not yet signed a contract. I have now realised that the job is not what I have expected but before making any hasty decision I would like to wait a few weeks before resigning (by then I would have probably signed the contract).
From what I understand it is a limited contract and the probation period is 6 months.
Is there any chance that I can be banned and would I have to pay any penalties (International travels for work, trainings etc.) if I resign in the probation period? I would highly appreciate your insights as I find myself in a pickle.
