My hubby recently ordered some items from the UK and as per royal mails tracking, it shows as delivered to Dubai on Sept 7th... obviously when contacting them we've said that it hasnt arrived.
it was addressed to his name and office PO box, but we checked but he checked with is receptionist multiple times but nothing has come in under his name in the last two weeks.
is this a common thing here? is the post so unreliable? a friend has said that its possible it wasnt ever collected from the post office in Dubai and thus its been sent back
