Hi ladies!

This is my first month in Dubai. I'm looking to buy a usef BMW and was wondering if you'd recommend:
1. I get it directly from the owner or if I should get it from AGMC?
2. Do I need to run any tests on it if it's from AGMC?
3. Do I need to buy a dealership service package or should I do the services outside? If outside, where do you recommend?
4. What would be the average regular service cost for a 3-series?
