Fitness becomes fun with heart-thumping sports and group exercises at The Pointe on Palm Jumeirah

If there's any place you should be for fitness fun, it's The Pointe.
Dubai's newest dining, entertainment and leisure destination on Palm Jumeirah is hosting a line-up of FREE to attend sports, fitness activities and classes this month.
Meaning, any of you who are are on a health-kick this year, The Pointe is the perfect place to visit to add an exciting twist to your fitness regime.
There'll be yoga, Zuma, Kangoo Jumps, CrossFit, Pound workouts and boxing. That's not all - there'll be more on offer, and all aim to bring families and friends together to kick-off their 2019 fitness goals.
Set against a stunning backdrop overlooking the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf, The Pointe is creating a distinct theme for the adrenaline-charged community event: Fitness Party.
Timings are 4:30pm to 7:30pm on Saturday 9th February.
Fitness party at The Pointe
Held on the event plaza at The Pointe, the Fitness Party will take place from 4.30pm to 7.30pm on the 9th February featuring group workouts and invigorating exercise routines including CrossFit training, boxing, Kangoo Jumps, Pound and Zumba.
Participants will be guided by fitness gurus and yoga experts from Dubai’s leading studios including Jed Latabe (@masterjedai), Pinpoint Fitness (@pinpoint.fitness), Fit Box Gym (@fitboxgymdxb), and Kangoo Jump (@kango_emirates_club).
Timings are 4.30pm to 7.30pm on the 9th February. Participants must bring a yoga mat, active wear and appropriate footwear to participate in all sessions.
