Hi,

I have a severe case of Adenomyosis. Mirena has been tried but no relief and now I have to remain on progesterone otherwise I bleed. Detailed scans etc have been taken but nothing. I read that mizan massage can help your womb heal and I am desperate to find someone here in Dubai who does it. The only one I can find is in AD. Please can someone guide me? Tia
