Moving to Mudon - I need pros and cons

Hubby and I are wanting to move to Arabella townhouses in Mudon at the end of Sept from Springs and we're super excited about the community, designs of the villas AND the rental prices... buuuuut... There's a lot of things popping up on FB where I've seen concerns about extra charges on DEWA bills, snagging issues, there's no landscaping.
I was hoping someone on here does live in Arabella and might be able to shed some light on the pros and cons and what you've experienced so far.
With us moving at the end of September I'm hoping a lot of the creases have been ironed out by then!
