HI! I had an accident in a mall last week which result to head/eye injury. I am thinking to file a complaint to the mall to get a medical compensation and have enquired to some advocates and advice me to avail a legal service from them to serve a legal notice to the mall management. However, the service fee is 10,000 aed. Is this normal?

Please advice if anyone has experience an accident in the mall, what are my options to file complaint to the mall?
