Mental Health recomendation in Dubai
Hello,
This is my fist post and after searching a while I couldn't find exaclty what I'm looking for.
Recently after the lockdown I went back to work and because of the situation I have been forced to work in places and with teams I dont want to (because we dont get well together or because is not a team as the one I normally have). So all of this plus the constant comments of "pushing you to work because you need money" have draging me down again to my depression and anxiety. Consequences are panic attacks. Even though I feel sick and tired and stress the doctors covered for my insurance said is nothing wrong.
Where I can go if the ensurance doesn't covered psychology or psychiatry? Do you have recommendations not so expensive but good enough?
