Best maternity hospitals/ doctors for my first preganancy

I recently relocated to Dubai from the UK and I am expecting my first child and it would be so helpful if you mum out there could recommend the best doctors/ maternity units/ hospitals in Dubai. I live in Dubai Hills Estate and have heard good things about Kings College but I know it is still fairly new, has anyone had a baby there?
I am extremely nervous and anxious and a little terrified in all honesty so any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
I have also heard from a friend that Al Zahra Hospital is very good. Please share your thoughts/ experiences.....
