Hysterectomy surgeon recommendations?

Hi everyone! I need a total hysterectomy - has to be done by the abdominal method. Friends of friends have lots of good recommendations for gynecologists in general, but does anyone have one for this type of surgery? I'm 42 and no kids, if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance for any help, I'm pretty new here so advice would be great!

Hi, I did mine with Dr. Braithwaite at American Hospital. Now she works at King's College Hopsital Dubai.
She is very good. :-)
