Hello ladies,
I have recently purchased a car on dubizzle and am now having major issues with the engine. I was very silly and naive and trusted the seller. Does anyone know if I have any rights in this situation, the seller clearly must have know about these issues when selling. Am I at a loss of the money I paid for the car or can I do anything to make the seller refund me? Thanks for any advice.

have you managed to sort out the issue with the owner? I was looking to get a second hand car but then changed my mind after being advised of such faulty car sellers... I am not sure if they have like an insurance or any kind of scheme that compensates individual transactions... dubizzle can be very tricky indeed..
