Can I enrol my kids in DXB school without being employed?

Hello
I would like to know if it would be possible for me to enrol my kids in an international school even if I don’t have a job to start with?
I am a young widow with 2 young kids and I am seriously seeking to relocate to Dubai. I gratefully have sufficient savings to start off in Dubai and thus I was wondering if instead of waiting to be hired and then enrol my kids into school in DXB, would it be reasonable to first enrol them and then job-hunt? Would I get a student visa for them?
I am open to solutions and advices, please.
