The cooler days are finally here, and Dubai is officially back outside. If you've been waiting for an excuse to spend a whole day on Palm Jumeirah, Fairmont The Palm has given you nine.

This season the resort is launching a brand-new outdoor brunch and private picnics by the sea, plus a Halloween afternoon tea and spa experiences you can enjoy with the whole family. There's plenty for brunch lovers, and just as much for anyone who simply needs an hour of peace.

Here's what's on at the resort this season.

1. The Great Garden Brunch

Five chefs, five award-winning restaurants and one gorgeous garden. Fairmont The Palm's new weekend brunch moves outdoors for the season, bringing together Flow Kitchen, Bā – Boldly Asian, Frevo, Little Miss India and Seagrill Bistro in one setting.

Wander from kitchen to kitchen for signature dishes and live cooking, while a live singer, a DJ and table-side magic keep the mood going. There are dedicated kids' activities too, so the little ones are sorted.

When: Every Saturday from 24 October 2026, 1pm to 4.30pm
Price: AED 350 (soft drinks), AED 450 (alcohol package), AED 550 (bubbly package)
After party: Keep going at BASK Beach Club from 4pm to 7pm for AED 199 per person

2. Spooky Afternoon Tea at Mashrabiya Lounge

Mashrabiya Lounge is marking Halloween with a special afternoon tea that adds a little seasonal mischief to Fairmont's classic afternoon tea tradition. Expect Halloween-inspired treats in a relaxed setting, ideal for a catch-up with friends or an afternoon out with the kids.

When: 26 October to 1 November 2026, 12pm to 8pm

3. BĀ After Dark Halloween Brunch

For a later Halloween plan, BĀ – Boldly Asian is hosting a night-time brunch on 30 October with bold Asian bites, Halloween-themed drinks and a live DJ. The evening promises a touch of mystery and plenty of mischief.

When: 30 October 2026, 8pm to 11pm (three-hour package)
Soft package: AED 250 with unlimited food, soft drinks and teatails
House package: AED 395 with unlimited food and selected beers, wines and spirits
Platinum package: AED 495 with unlimited food, selected beers and wines, and selected cocktails and spirits

4. The Picnic Experience at BASK

BASK Beach Club has launched a new picnic, served in the privacy of its cabanas overlooking the Arabian Gulf. You'll get a welcome box, then a basket of compressed melon and berries, shrimp cocktail salad, caramelised fig and goat cheese salad, artisanal cheeses, charcuterie or smoked salmon, fresh bread and two fresh juices. Dessert is a frozen coconut and vanilla rocher.

When: Daily from 16 October 2026, 7am to 7pm

5. Taste of Italy at Flow Kitchen

Every Tuesday evening, Flow Kitchen serves up antipasti, handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and regional Italian favourites, with a gelato station and live Italian entertainment.

When: Every Tuesday, 6pm to 10.30pm
Price: From AED 225 with buffet and soft drinks, or from AED 350 with two hours of house beverages

6. Diwali Tasting Menu at Little Miss India

Celebrate the Festival of Lights at Little Miss India, where Chef Mohammed Arif has created an exclusive Diwali 2026 tasting menu inspired by India's culinary heritage and traditions.

Start with crisp Purani Dilli Aloo Tikki, served with spiced chickpeas and tangy chutneys, and the aromatic Kebab-e-Noorani, marinated in saffron and spices. For mains, there's the slow-cooked Rajputana Laal Maas and a Gucchi Mutter Korma made with morel mushrooms and green peas. Dessert is a Dark Chocolate and Almond Gujiya, and there are festive-inspired cocktails to go with it.

7. The Mindful Morning Ritual at Serenity

Start your Tuesday or Saturday with a 60-minute yoga session at Serenity – The Art of Well Being. Afterwards you can unwind in the Thermal Oasis before a nourishing breakfast by Zest.

8. Aurum Suite for Families

Serenity's exclusive Aurum Suite hosts a private 60-minute family wellness experience inspired by hammam traditions. It's a lovely way to slow down and spend quality time together, away from screens and busy schedules.

9. A Moment of Warmth (Save the Date)

For the festive season, Serenity is introducing a 60-minute candle massage that pairs soothing warmth with deep relaxation. Pencil it in for when December gets busy.
