Due to the Route 2020 project, there's going to be traffic diversions in DIP, similar to the ones taking place on Ibn Battuta Road

The Dubai Toads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that there will be traffic diversions on several roads in Dubai Investments Park (DIP).
The traffic diversion will be created on internal roads. Part of Street 70 will close while the roundabouts will get a makeover, meaning traffic will need to be diverted but private entry paths to buildings will remain open.

The diversions will take place in two phases: the first starting in early June and the other in mid-June. The work will be ongoing 24/7 until it’s completed.

Motorists are urged to watch out for the traffic diversions and follow the signs to avoid creating traffic and unsafe situations.

In March, RTA made a similar announcement for Ibn Battuta Road in Discovery Gardens. The diversion means that one of the three lanes is closed, extending from Interchange 7 to Interchange 12. It will go on until December 2019.
