A bit too early but I am on a lookout for lady who is experienced at post-natal massages.
Infact this bit of info will help me decide if I would go back home or stay in here at Doha for my delivery !
Did go through all old posts here in expatwoman, but I guess this is a question which has not got any concrete answers in terms of Contact info of those specialized massage ladies !!
Yep, they do have videos to teach you, how to massage a baby ! But its not possible to massage yourself. And a good massage after delivery goes a long way in helping you cope with the body stretching, body pain and regaining strength…
Any ideas ?!?!
