I bought some beautiful Holland Brown Mushrooms from P & S last week Monday with the intention of making a lovely dinner on Thurs eve. One thing, and one invite after another and it's a week later and I still have the mushrooms! They are slightly slimy, but not too bad.
How do I know if they're still ok to eat?
