Thanks all, you have given me a few more ideas. I want to stay away from JLT because nothing around it (outside pavement etc) seems finished, the buildings are up up and look good but the surropunding roads just look like a construction site - is this a fair opinion? I like the idea of the Palm but the Shoreline 3 beds are too small and I am not sure our budget will get a 4 bed. Thanks for the othewr Marina buildings outside of the standard JBR ones.

Horizon in Dubai Marina immediately comes to mind BUT I have heard some horror stories about that tower recently, pool out of use for months and a lot of noisy sharers. Check Marina Crown too, nice building with a great view/location and there are some 4 bed units there. Otherwise JBR, a few, and the Penthouses of the Shoreline apartments on The Palm. There is less demand here for 4 bed apartment units, as you say most people chose to take a villa but I understand what you thinking is behind your decision.

Try Old Town, Executive Towers, JLT, Sheikh Zayed Road ("near Trade Centre" when searching on dubizzle)

Thanks but Business Bay is too far from the South side of Dubai (Marina, Palm, Media City, Knowledge City) where I need to be based. Any other ideas?

Executive Towers in Business Bay have 4 bed apartments. They are very nice and spacious

We are looking to move to a 4 bed apartment, in the new Dubai area. Budget is 200,000. Can anyone recommend a building that has 4 beds? I have lookied on Dubizzle and other than Murjan in JBR I haven't seen any advertised. I appreciate we can get a villa for this money but we don't want a garden and prefer the higher standard of finishings in an apartment. Thanks
