hi there We used silver heights as well and found them to be fine to deal with. Du takes 7 days to set up and they sorted us out no bother. Paid deposit for electric and it was switched on within the hour. We used someone from al ain to move us so that would not be any good for you. When we had a small leak it was fixed that day. There are cleaners going around all the time in the block cleaning halls and corridors. There are security guards based around all the time too. Good luck
