We did Wild Wadi on Thursday and it was OK. Take some extra towels as it's chilly when you get out of the water and our towels were really wet but otherwise it was fine. The new rides at Wild Wadi are FANTASTIC! Prefer it to Aquaventure and the food is better there too. I can't wait to try out Wild Wadi - in 5 years we've not been yet! Are the family rides good? We weren't that impressed with Aquaventure and there wasn't really a great deal for the girls or us to go on together Oh my God Lesley - it's fantastic! Your girls are at a good age now to really enjoy it. the new family rides are wonderful. We ended up getting sunbeds right by those rides and the kids were on them the whole afternoon - there was no queuing - they must have gone on one of the rides 10 times!!!!! Really really good. Much better than it used to be. Entertainer vouchers always help!

We went a couple of weeks ago with the temps around 22 - 24 degrees. It was ok in direct sunshine but I found myself very chilly after about an hour in the water. Personally, I'd wait till it warms up a bit to late 20's early 30's (but this comes from a girl who has a hot water bottle on her lap most evenings this time of year!!). You're body thermometer may be set different .....

Depends on how thin your blood has got! I've been on the beach this weekend in my fleece, next to everyone else in bikinis... ;)
