I was wondering if there were any owners of Reem3 properties at the Ranches who have found a contractor to fix the rendering under the roof tiles at the top of the wall?
Mine is starting to come off, i've been to Emaar to see if they are going to fix it and i'm waiting for a response but in the meantime i'm trying to find a contractor who would be able to do the work - anyone have any recommendations?
From driving around I can see virtually every house has the same issue so it must be either a failing in the material and/or workmanship. Has anyone else tackled Emaar about it?
