Hey did you end up finding a gym? I'm also looking for one during the day and so far they only have "boxing aerobics" type classes. The technique-centered classes seem to be all at night and like you, I have kids so early morning and late evening don't work. Let me know. Thanks!!

Try EMD Fitness in Sunset Mall. It's fairly recently opened and is owned/run by the UAE Boxing champion Eisa Al Dah. Big boxing ring and lots of trainers, but don't know their schedule.

Hi ladies, I'm looking for some good boxing, or MMA classes that take place in the morning while the kids are in school. The ones I've tried are: Dubai Polo Club Optimal Fitness Fit Boys (JLT) MMA Fitness Center I've just stumbled upon Pride Fitness Center which looks really good but their classes are either at 7am (won't work with the school run), or in the evening which also doesn't work for me. Any suggestions are highly appreciated! TIA
