Hi,

I would like to have a discussion on how organizations in UAE deal with Employee Grades, Increments, Rewards and Benefits.

We are a developing fit out company and me and my manager are thinking to introduce the grading system in our company, we have done some of the workings such as evaluating positions and grading structure. But we are stuck at a point where an employee reaches the salary maximum. What can be done at that point to encourage the employee so that he stays with us. How to create grade points?

For example; if Grade M1 salary range is 10,000 - 20,000 and the grade points range is 1 - 30. If one the employee has already reached the cap of 20,000 but his grade points are still like 25, what can be done in this case?
The confusions are coming as we are a running company, how to implement the grading system on it.

Do we have any seminars on grading systems here? I got to know about one by Informa but it way to expensive for us to attend.
