Hi ladies, this may be a strange question, but here goes...I have several white shirts that, while not completely transparent, are slightly sheer enough simply due to being white so that I usually wear a slip. In my previous job in Europe, I would wear one with fairly thin straps which you could juuuuust see through the shirt. Here, though, I feel that it's not appropriate.
What do you all wear under shirts like this so that they "blend in" with the rest of the shirt/your skin but aren't, say, the equivalent of a long-sleeved leotard?

HI, for work if I have a blouse that I think is slighty see through I wear a vest top with the shoe string type straps either in the same color as the top or skin colour
