Any Ranches ladies interested in curtains for the study room up stairs . . . we use ours as a bedroom and have some

nice kiddies curtains with cars on which I had made from Ikea if anyone would be interested in taking them as we can't

use them in our new villa !

Hey LL, Can't use the curtains but just wanted to say congrats for sorting out a new villa! I read your threads before about needing someone to take over so you can move, happy to hear you managed to sort it out :) Where did you settle on moving to in the end? Back to the lakes? We are in the Springs but have moved from the lakes and our lease is up very soon so we're on the lookout for a new place, not sure whether to go back to the lakes or not yet, we loved it there but the places we've looked at so far have been quite pricey and run down. Thanks for that ., . . we are moving to the villa and I can't wait . . . We moving into a Cordoba in Phase 1 and I am so excited . . . got a fantastic rental price and house owned by friends so I am grinning like a Cheshire cat !! We move on Wednesday I would of loved to have moved back to the Lakes but sadly the rents are still too high there and we need 4 beds so realistically the Villa is much better for us
