I haven't been to Clarks and Hush Puppies yet but in the past I found their shoes reminded me of my grandma's shoes...

All the suggestions listed may cover the 'cute/fashionable' part but for quality IMO - all these shops are dire. Let's face it, shoe shopping in Dubai is awful. There is nowhere decent to recommend unfortunately. Good luck in your search.....;)

Try Vincci (there's one in Mirdif City Centre, don't know where else). I got a pair of sandals there I like for AED75 in the sales. Topshop and River Island are always winners. I think there was a spread on flats in Grazia this week (the issue with Katie Holmes on the cover).
