I gather from various threads that you lost weight awhile ago that you have since kept off.

Is there a previous thread you could direct me to where you have described your journey?

If not, I would love to hear more about it.

I have a soft spot for inspirational stories.

Thanks

I too lost quite some weight with WW. Not at all 50, but still a lot for my body :) For me, WW wasn't just about counting points, more about a lifestyle change. I’m so much happier, brighter, energetic... I just feel more alive now :) But Cyclone T, we all could use some extra tips from the expert ;)

No magic story and no old thread. I lost 50.3kg with Weight Watchers reaching my goal weight in 2002. I have kept the weight off by continuing to make the healthy food choices most of the time and incorporating regular moderate exercise into my week. As I have gotten older I have adjusted a few practices but I pretty much stick to WW principles. As with anyone who has lost weight there were lots of trials and tribulations and I picked up plenty of hints along the way. Nothing too post worthy but I am happy to meet up for a coffee if you think it may help. Cheers :) 50.3kg that is phenomenal, well done!
