Anyone know of a delivery place that will pick up our order at a restaurant and deliver to us? TIA if there is such an animal...:) If I am right and you live in JBR, forget it, the roads are at a stand still due to the red bull x fighters event and you'd wait forever for a delivery to get through.

I don't think it's unusual to do this - especially if you've already had a glass of wine or your DH is not there, housemaid is off and the kids are in bed.....I've paid the restaurant over the phone and asked the restaurant to put the dinner in a taxi and pay the taxi when it gets there - works fine.
