Any suggestions as to where in the Dubai Marina we could go for a Valentine's meal tonight? We have Entertainer vouchers. TIA.

Another heads up, it's a holiday in Saudi (or it was) and half of Saudi is apparently here and on the walk. Word on the street (lol) is that the Walk has been PAAAAAAAACKED lately, one hour sitting on the strip of the walk moving cms. edited by AmyAus82 on 10/02/2011 Very true. I was wondering what was going on.

Just a heads up - you can't use Entertainer Vouchers on Valentine's Day :-( In the front part in the conditions it says that they can't be used on New Year's eve, day, mother's/father's day and valentines day. But she's planning on eating out tonight so she should be fine unless they change the date of Valentines Day like they have with the Prophet's birthday! Oops - missed the "tonight" bit - just saw "Valentine's meal" !!

Booked the Blue Orange - the Chocolate Fountain swung it :) yum - enjoy! Thank you. Wouldn't you know it, HWMBO has just said he prefers chocolate cake to a chocolate fountain (he doesn't like marshmallows and fruit is too healthy) and oh, no, not another buffet, we'll overeat again. Huh! I'm just going to book brunch at the Madinat tomorrow, stuff the vouchers and saving money!

On The Walk there is Bice and Sky Bice. Around The Marina you have The Observatory at The Marriott, Blends at Address Marina, Blue Orange at The Westin, Grand Grill at Grand Habtoor. All In Fine Dining and all for main meals, apart from Blue Orange which is a buffet.

Thanks so much, everyone - what a mine of useful information this place is. The Saudis are in town - sounds like Geneva ;) Looks like we're better off going somewhere other than the Walk area tonight, then. Durn.

Wagamama is in voucher book but not very romantic for Vday (trader vic's next door for after dinner drinks). Both in Oasis Hotel. Budda Bar in Grovsner House is very nice but not in voucher book.
