We went to the set up at Al Ain Zoo and love it. Took DS to see them twice at Festival, he would have gone every day if he could have. He loved it. Think the scared factor played a huge part in him enjoying it IYKWIM. We are planning on heading to see them in JBR on the next few days. He can't wait and hasn't stopped asking to go. I video'd all the Dino's and him running around the place...which is ALL he has watches on TV the last few months, so well worth our money spent. When Iasked the organiser why it was so expensive, he said they were instructed by "whoever runs these things" to make it the same as the price at the Dolphinarium. Not sure how true that is.

We went when it was at Al Ain Zoo and it was about 10dhs per person extra on top of the entrance fee to the zoo. We did go again when it was at festival city and were a bit disappointed as it cost about 4 times as much and wasn't as much fun as when it was outside at the zoo, inside the tents spoiled the atmosphere a bit. Have seen it down at JBR and haven't bothered. My kids are 6, 4 and 1 and none of them cried at the dinosaurs, in fact they loved them!

I have to say that my kids loved it. We went to the one in Festival city last year and when we found out it was on again we took the kids back. They get scared but want to keep going back to look again and find it really funny. It is expensive but we were in there about 45 minutes today and for older kids it really is quite educational if you take the time to explain it all to them. Well worth it in my opinion!

I just went to dino live and just wanted to let anyone going not to bother.All the children were crying at the displays and you have to pay an extra AED 20 to watch the 10 minute 3d film (or AED 80 for our family of 4) after spending AED 200 to get in. When I complained the man on reception told me to call the police!! which is obviously a very strange responce. I do think AED 280 for max 10 minutes of "entertainment" is a bit rich and all my kids (and all the others in there as well) did was cry. They don't usually cry BTW and i don't usually complain but honestly this is rubbish and a BIG waste of money!!
